Who does not know the name of Teddy Bear? I would like to highlight one of the best destinations in South Korea namely Teddy Bear Museum. It boasts quite great variety that have been loved for more than a hundred years over the world. The Teddy Bear Museum promotes 2 incredible galleries that you can see the teddy bears from various countries. In addition, you and your family can enjoy valuable time there at the museum shop, café, restaurant or the outdoor park where you can see the fascinating views of Jungmun Sea.
The Teddy Bear Museum gallery is basically divided into 3 sections: the Project Exhibition Hall, the Art Hall, and the History Hall. In the History Hall, you can track back the 100 year past of teddy bears including the popular teddy bears of different eras, the famous scenes and the antique teddy bears. If you are looking for something different, it is wise to check the Teddy bear of Mona Lisa or “The Last Supper” (Leonardo Da Vinci). In the Art Hall, there are the latest artworks of world’s famous teddy bear designers. At this section, you will also find the smallest teddy bear in the word (4,5 mm).
In the project exhibition hall, you can view some teddy bears grouped to some themes of exhibition. You could have a coffee at the museum café or bar while enjoying the views offered by Jeju Island. The museum bar is open for adults. But there are other places like fancy café for all ages. At the Teddy Bear Museum garden, you can find the marvelous Teddy bear models and sculptures.
