Royal Palace is located on the Dam Square in the center of Amsterdam. It was supposedly built as the city hall for the magistrates of this city. It was the largest building of Europe in the 17th century.
Act of Parliament has placed the Queen’s disposal in the Royal Palace. That means it is one of the three Palaces that get the same opportunity. Royal Palace is used for Royal Events during their visits in the Netherland.
