Though you can not ride your bike in Venice by yourself, the nearby Po Valley is a good cycling country. The bicycling tour on Venice will involve several cities like Verona, Ferrara, Bologna, Padova, Modena, and Ravenna. The Marco Polo Airport, just north of the Venice, is the best starting point for such a tour.
