Tianmen Cave or people also call it as Gateway to Heaven is such natural arch and is the highest elevated natural arch in the world. Though it is an actually a big hole or arch, but locals still call it as a cave. There was actually the cave and in circa 264 there was a massive collapse of the cliff face. That was why it changed the cave into an arch. At that time, the mountain was called as Songliang. However, locals tend to change the name by Tianmen that means sacred place. It is the part of UNESCO World Heritage members.
