The East Coast National Scenic Area is one of the best destinations you must visit in Taiwan. It is known as “Taiwan’s Last Unspoiled land,” stretching about 170 km down to the east coast of the Island. Taipei Martyrs' Shrine



The Taipei Martyrs' Shrine resting on the slopes of the Qing Mountain and overseeing the Keelung River is located right next to the Grand Hotel. It was built in 1969 and covers such large area. The masterpiece of architectural style is a bit similar with the Taihe Dian Imperial Palace in Beijing, Mainland China, and it definitely symbolizes the martyr’s brave spirit.
